The fibre service installation process:
Step 1
We conduct a feasibility request to understand your current network requirements and layout. After this, we send you a quote.
Step 2
Once approved, we submit all paperwork and wait for the estimated time of arrival (ETA) from the backhaul provider. They will then arrange a pre-site inspection to plan their installation routes.
Step 3
Installation of your fibre service can take 4 to 8 weeks. Once the fibre line has been installed, we can install our router that enables the internet link.
